淺藍波浪帶狀，取風、水之動態意象，象徵風調雨順；綠圈取綠洲、島嶼之型，象徵綠意生機；海鳥悠遊穿梭其中，是生命力的表現。

無論對於風調雨順，是一種祝福，抑或是一種期盼，學子與在地的居民身體力行，學習與土地共存，將經驗傳承，堅強是源於對土地的熱愛，懷抱熱情腳踏這片土地的當下，我們心中皆已「風調雨順」。

The undulating light blue strips represent the images of moving wind and water, symbolizing favorable winds and seasonable rains. The green circular forms imply oases and islands, suggesting verdant vitality. The soaring seabirds show great energy and liveliness.
 
“Favorable winds and seasonable rains” is both a blessing and an expectation. Students and local residents make efforts to learn how to coexist with the land and pass on their experience. The love for the land makes us become stronger, and when we enthusiastically embrace the land, we will enjoy “favorable winds and seasonable rains” in our mind.
